WORK WITH GMCL 

We currently have two opportunities for community centric people wanting to make a difference in communities across the Goulburn Murray region. 

To be a successful contributor with Goulburn Murray Community Leadership, you need to be committed to developing partnerships and supporting the development of participants across our community leadership development programs. You will be an autonomous and self-driven leader with the capacity and willingness to work remotely. 

People from all parts of the Goulburn Murray region, diverse backgrounds including young people and people of Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander backgrounds are encouraged to apply.  

            Head of Fundraising (up to 4 days per week –  Starting March and ending December 27, 2024)

             

             You will be an experienced fundraiser who thrives on the challenge of securing funding and see this as an 

             opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing success of a not for profit implementing

             community capacity building programs.

             Working closely with the EO to implement a fundraising strategy, you will be motivated to manage and

             quickly grow corporate partnerships, attract grant funding, and build a portfolio of high value partners. You

             will create further value through establishing a donor and bequest program.   

             The successful candidate will see this as an exciting opportunity to showcase their leadership skills and to

             positively influence the organisation, and the Goulburn Murray region.

             This newly created role starts at 0.6 FTE, offering flexible arrangements and the opportunity to grow the role

             as the organisation's needs grow. You will be required for occasional travel.

             Leadership Coach (3 days per week - Starting March and ending December 27, 2024)

             

              You will be an experienced facilitator and mentor with a passion for guiding and nurturing the growth of

              local leaders. You can demonstrate a strong understand of leadership principles and community

              development and see this as an opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing success of a not

              for profit dedicated to implementing community capacity building programs.

 

              Collaborating closely with the Programs & Operations Officer to implement GMCL programs, you will be

              driven to create maximum program impact, leveraging civic engagement and volunteerism as tools for

              community transformation. You will create further value for participants and stakeholders by creating an

              effective and engaging learning environment, and delivering program content which aligns with local

              community contexts.

              

              The successful candidate will see this as an exciting opportunity to showcase their leadership skills and to

              positively influence the organisation, and the Goulburn Murray region.
