This celebration marks 30 years of collaboration, community and impact. It’s a chance to connect with alumni, sponsors, and supporters who continue to champion regional leadership and raise funds for the future of Community Leadership programs in our region.

As part of the 30-year milestone of the Fairley Leadership Program, Goulburn Murray Community Leadership (GMCL) is proud to introduce the Fairley 30-Year Leadership Awards — a celebration of the people who have shaped communities, strengthened organisations, and inspired others to lead across the Goulburn Murray region.
For three decades, the Fairley Leadership Program has supported the development of courageous, collaborative and community-minded leaders. Today, our growing network of alumni and community leaders continues to create positive change across the region.
The Fairley 30-Year Leadership Awards recognise those individuals whose leadership reflects the values at the heart of the Fairley movement — service, integrity, collaboration and a commitment to building stronger communities.
