Participants of the 2025 Fairley Leadership Program, delivered by Goulburn Murray Community Leadership, visited the Victorian Parliament House for an immersive learning experience exploring leadership, representation, and how regional voices shape policy. On 4 June 2025, the Fairley Leadership cohort gathered at Fowles Wine, Avenel, for a day of leadership, legacy and inspiration. Guest speakers Andrew Fairley AM, Ross McPherson AM, Matt Nelson and Vicki Scott shared powerful insights on community-driven leadership, systems thinking and storytelling. The day encouraged participants to reflect on the legacy they hope to leave and reinforced the importance of place-based leadership across the Goulburn Murray region.
